PHILADELPHIA, PA — Jackmont Hospitality, in partnership with High Places Concessions and Philadelphia restaurateur Sam Mink, has opened The Oyster House at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Located in the B/C Connector, the 3,600-square-foot restaurant brings one of the city’s most beloved seafood traditions to millions of travelers each year.
Founded in 1947, Oyster House is known for its fresh-shucked oysters, classic lobster rolls, and timeless hospitality. Its new airport location captures that same spirit—complete with a raw-bar overlooking the terminal, brass and marble finishes, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels unmistakably Philadelphia.
“At Jackmont, we don’t believe in cookie-cutter concepts,” said Daniel Halpern, CEO of Jackmont Hospitality. “We build real partnerships with real chefs and iconic local restaurants—then bring these made-from-scratch experiences to travelers nationwide. The Oyster House at PHL is a perfect example of how local flavor can truly take off.”
The menu features East and West Coast oysters, seafood towers, crab cakes, clam chowder, and a rotating list of seasonal cocktails. Travelers can enjoy breakfast through dinner service daily.
